Occupational Health
The Magruder Occupational Health team wants to help keep the workforce and community in our area healthy and productive.
At Magruder Urgent Care we welcome anyone who needs the following Occupational Health Services, such as:
- Bureau of Worker’s Compensation initial injury care and follow up
- Return to Work and Fit for Duty Exams
- Employment related urine drug screens and breath alcohol testing can be performed at our Outpatient Lab
- Bus Driver Physicals (T-8)
- By appointment or walk-in
- Sports Physicals
- $30 under 18 years of age; $60 over 18 years of age
- Please bring form with you, with your information filled in
- By appointment or walk-in
- Pre-Employment Physicals
- $60 over 18 years of age
- By appointment or walk-in
- Minor Work Permit Physicals
- $30 please bring parent/guardian with you
- By appointment or walk-in
- Department of Transportation Physicals and Merchant Marine Physicals
- $100
- Requires an appointment
- Vision and hearing screenings, and finger printing, are also available with a physical
Occupational Health is located in the Magruder Urgent Care - around the back of the medical building that is next to the Emergency Room
Patients will be seen from 9:00am - 8:00pm 7 days a week, excluding Christmas, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving. We encourage appointments but walk-ins are welcome.
