Magruder Medical Group receives 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award^® 

Magruder is pleased to announce that the Magruder Medical Group has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award^® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in the category of patient experience.

The Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award^® puts the Magruder Medical Group in the top 5% of healthcare providers nationally in delivering patient experiences over the last year.  Magruder providers and staff work hard to make sure patients can get in to see the providers as quickly as possible.  They also make themselves available to answer questions and help with any referrals for testing and follow up. Ensuring ease of access when patients need us for healthcare is a major focus in our outpatient clinics and at the hospital.
