Magruder Hires Director of MedSurg, ICU and Transitional Care

Christi Teets was recently hired as Magruder Hospital’s Director of Med Surg, ICU, and Transitional Care. She joins us from Regency Hospital Oregon where she was the Chief Executive Officer leading a team in the care of long-term acute care patients. Her years of experience both as a nurse leader and direct care nurse encompasses step-down, CVICU, Cath lab, outpatient surgery, and long-term acute care. After obtaining her Associate of Science in Nursing from Mercy College, Teets went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University and is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University, where she will be graduating in one semester.
Teets currently resides in Oregon, Ohio with her fiancé and two sons. When she is not working or doing homework, she loves to drive her purple jeep with the top off to her favorite fishing spot. Also, she enjoys collecting and reading books, bowling, and going on cruises.
